1955 BN1 for sale; professionally restored

Beautifully restored and well-documented 100, BN1L223867. USA-spec car delivered new in England to an American serviceman who brought it home with him; remained with original owner 43 years before being sold to the gentleman who restored it. It still has less than 48,000 miles, although the entire automobile has been professionally restored to show-quality standards, in the original Spruce Green. The car had never deteriorated from careless storage or accident damage. Richard Gordon (2nd owner) and Roger Moment, both BN1 experts, completed a meticulous every-nut-and-bolt job with unwavering attention to the smallest details. We have three large binders filled with photographs and actual samples of the original carpets, fasteners, etc. All of the original tools, owner's manuals, hang tags, printed instructions for lowering the top etc have been preserved. We handle a lot of high-end 6 and 7-figure collector cars and I have never seen such a diligent attention to documentation. Rarely driven after the restoration, It would have to be a contender for Best of Show at any Healey-specific concours. It is pictured with chrome 72-spoke wheels and modern tires, but the set of correct silver-painted 48-spoke original wheels & tires are included. Car is located in Denver and is available for inspection by appointment; please contact Bill Orth at (303) 877-6477. Visit farlandcars.com to see photos and more information.
