Conclave 2024 Registration

                                                                                      September 15th - 20th

I’ll let you all in on a little secret… The rest of the worldwide Healey community is envious of each one of you.  Why is that you ask?  It's because you are all fortunate to have the most significant Healey event in decades, possibly ever, in your own backyard.  Let me explain...

Your fellow club members from Wisconsin have been working tirelessly to bring an incredible Conclave to you next September 15th-20th with the 20th dedicated to fond farewells of Healey friends new and old.  For those of you that have experienced attending a Conclave in the past, we will have all of the usual Conclave events on tap.  We are also adding Road America, “Americas National Park of Speed” to our schedule as the gymkhana, funkhana, and a track touring event will be held at the track.  Additionally, we have added a reenactment tour of the original 6-1/2-mile open road course that put Elkhart Lake on the map as a racing destination.  This tour will be led by the Healey Silverstone that was driven by the man that is credited with organizing the first open road races in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin - Jim Kimberly.

If that's not enough, we have also joined forces with organizers from the Vintage Sportscar Drivers Association (VSCDA).  In a nutshell, the fall vintage race weekend at Road America is being billed as "The Healey World Challenge" and the feature marque for the weekend is "The Cars of Donald Healey".  We didn't limit this to just Austin Healey's because we wanted to welcome all Healey enthusiasts.  Every Healey owner is a V.I.P. for the weekend proceeding Conclave.

So, the race weekend is scheduled for September 13-15th preceding the official start of Conclave, the evening of Sunday the 15th and running through Thursday evening the 19th.  Conclave registrants will be able to purchase discount tickets to Road America for the race weekend.  Additionally, you will get paddock parking passes so that you can display your car in the Healey Conclave Showcase parking area across from victory circle.  Passes for track touring in front of all the race spectators will also be available.  On top of that, there will be a banquet on Saturday night at the track with a Healey related speaker.  To take advantage of the discounted ticket offer for the race weekend event, you will need to purchase your ticket package on the VSCDA website once it is made available.

Word has spread quickly about this week-of-all-things-Healey even before it was initially launched, and I have been contacted by many folks from both the states and from abroad about our event.  Everyone is very excited about the opportunity to race on one of the world's premier racecourses and then attend North America’s largest Healey event – Conclave 2024!  This week will be a can't miss bucket list event!!!  Registration is now open so secure your spot today by visiting our website at
2024conclave.com!!  Please don't delay as rooms at the host hotel are limited and I want you all to be at the center of all the fun!

Once you register for Conclave 2024, you will receive an email confirmation that includes the discount code for the host resort, Blue Harbor Resort in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.  The room block is for September 15-20th.  Simply call Blue Harbor after securing your room for Conclave week to add additional nights to your stay to experience “The Healey World Challenge” at Road America on the weekend prior to Conclave.

For those of you that remember the 1990 Healey Challenge Series and the 2005 Australian / U.S. Healey Challenge, this week has the makings to be even bigger and more memorable.  The worldwide Healey community has taken notice and is making plans of their own to make the trip to join us all.  Be part of this history-making event and make your plans to attend today!!  If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.

Cheers,

Mike Swanger
