All purchased regalia will be handed out to you at Conclave 2023, no shipping.

Ordering regalia items is a separate independent step from registering and paying for Conclave.  After payment has been made for Conclave, return to the home page and click on the REGALIA button.  You will then be able to select regalia items and place them in your shopping cart.  Payment is a separate credit card transaction from payment for registration.

Each registrant and all guests attending Conclave 2023 will be required to sign this attached Release and Waiver of Liability form prior to receiving their registration packet at The Plantation when they arrive.

NOTE: Registration is still open through Saturday, May 20, 2023 however meal participation will be limited by the resort capabilities to accommodate last minute arrivals and there is no guarantee of service.
