1967 Austin Healey 3000 MKIII BJ8

Car #41224 was built March 28-29 1967 and dispatched on April 10 , 1967 in its original color of British Racing Green and black trim is now offered for sale. The car has been in single family ownership since March 9, 1976. Frame Off restoration was completed by well known and long time Healey Expert John Hodgman in Long Island , NY in the late 90’s and total rebuild of the engine was completed by Rag Tops and Roadsters, Perkasie PA. Car has been overly maintained with service by the well known Healey expert Allen Hendrix, Hendrix Wire Wheel Greensboro , NC.

Service records and photos of most of major work including the engine rebuild are with the car. A Heritage Certificate also accompanies the car and confirms it’s a number matching car.

The car has been lovingly driven and still shows as it did years back. The body and shut lines are as straight as any you will see in any restored Austin Healey and the paint is near perfect. The interior is without any tears and shows and sits well.
