Branson and the beautiful Ozarks area of Missouri is an extraordinary vacation destination and will be our home base for Conclave 2025.  If you enjoy live entertainment, exceptional attractions, and diverse outdoor activities, you don’t want to miss this once-in-a-lifetime event at this unique location.

We want you to experience Branson and what the area offers, but we also want you to enjoy ‘all things Conclave’, some with a slight Ozark twist.  The scenic rally will take you on great Healey roads.  Following the car show, you won’t need to go far to lunch on farm-to-table delicious offerings at the Keeter Center on the College of the Ozarks campus.   Join us for an exciting evening dinner-show, watching the non-stop action of Dolly Parton’s Stampede.  It is one of the top show attractions in Branson. 

The activities of Conclave and attractions of Branson will keep you busy, but our host lodging, Chateau on the Lake Resort Spa, will allow you kick back and enjoy the luxurious accommodations of this Four Diamond resort hotel and Convention Center. The Chateau sits in a very scenic location, overlooking Table Rock Lake.

Conclave 2025 is sponsored and hosted by the Kansas City AHC, the AHCA and is organized by dedicated volunteers from those two clubs, plus the Flatwater AHC, North Texas AHC, Oklahoma AH Owners Club, Ohio Valley AHC, plus many other volunteers.
